6. Regular data sources
The sources of the data stored in our register include official contractual documents, e-mail and telephone communications, messages sent via online forms, messages received via social media and personal data provided by the customer during customer meetings.
7. Retention period of personal data
The retention periods for personal data we receive from our customers may vary depending on the law and the purpose and circumstances of their use. Personal data will be updated if necessary and carefully stored only for as long as necessary.
8. Regular disclosure of data
We may temporarily transfer the information we collect from our customers outside the company when required for our services or marketing activities. In these situations, ownership of the collected data remains with Kavika HealthCare and the data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
9. Release of data
In order to provide our services to our customers in the best possible way, we reserve the right to disclose the personal data we collect to our partners, who will process our customers’ data only to the extent necessary for the provision of our services. Our partners will not use this information for any other purposes than those mentioned above and will not pass it on to any other parties.
However, Kavika HealthCare may disclose its customers’ data to the extent permitted and required by applicable law. Personal data may also be disclosed outside the EU or EEA, inter alia, for the technical maintenance and processing of data by our subcontractors.
10. Register protection
Our company takes particular care in the processing of its register; data processed by means of information systems are adequately protected. The physical and digital security of our customers’ register data stored on our web servers is up to date. It is the responsibility of the controller to ensure that all personal data stored is always treated confidentially.
Our website KavikaHealthCare.fi uses Google Analytics to collect statistical information about the use of the website and its users. Google Analytics records information such as which pages users visit, how long they stay on those pages, and which links they click when using the service.
12. Right to review register data and execution of right
Each registered person has the right to review their information stored in our register and to request that any inaccurate information be corrected or, alternatively, that incomplete information be completed. 13. Other rights relating to the processing of personal data
Any person in our company’s register has the right to request a removal of personal data concerning him or her from the register in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The requests for removal must be submitted in writing to: email@example.com
